The tutorial in this chapter shows how to export a complete Substance dataset or individual records.
To export the complete Substance dataset
Click the Query results pane if it is not already active or select the command Update Substance from the IUCLID Task panel.
Select the Substance dataset to be exported:
Either right-click it and from the menu displayed, click the Export command.
Or click it and then select the Export command from the File menu.
The Export assistant comes up and guides you through a several steps Export dialogue: Verify or change the default properties, for which the records shall be exported, specify output path, file name and other options, and click the Finish button.
To export individual record(s) of a Substance dataset
Right-click the record name in the section tree and from the menu displayed, click the Export command..
